Registered Nurse with unique skills in providing healthcare solutions to complex medical and surgical patients in austere environments. AW's experience in the healthcare field includes hands-on care for patients from infancy through geriatrics and end of life.
International care coordination and navigation of cultural obstacles are her strong points and she always tackles these with compassion, as improving outcomes for patients is what drives her work.

TE is a humanitarian with expertise in emergency medical services, crisis management, engineering and international collaboration, demonstrated through his foundational role in Ukraine’s critical care transport system and facilitating emergency medicine and evacuations in Afghanistan and Haiti. His skills in medical and engineering, strategic planning, networking and negotiation have been crucial in navigating complex emergencies and improving care in austere environments. TE combines technical proficiency with empathetic leadership to deliver impactful solutions across challenging environments.

Witnessing the dire need to combat the exploitation of women and children, DH has dedicated himself to fighting trafficking. Inspired by his mother's commitment to protecting vulnerable children, he continues this legacy. Collaborating with law enforcement and organizations, his team conducts rescues and recoveries, confronting this epidemic head-on. Despite the daunting task, they remain steadfast in their mission to be the voice and shield for victims, guided by the conviction of their faith to restore hope to their lives.

Ann L
A seasoned leader in Operational Excellence, Program Management, and Multifunctional Team Leadership, Ann co-developed a JIRA database that tracked and safeguarded 1,300 refugees in hostile environments, integrating vetting processes that prevented the movement of over 50 dangerous individuals. She has managed over 25 safe houses and five ground teams across the Middle East and Ukraine, supporting 2,500 at-risk persons with vital documentation and logistics. Ann remotely led complex operations, providing emergency medical care, coordinating humanitarian aid, and successfully negotiating the release of five captives from terrorist groups. Her expertise has been instrumental in overseeing critical exfiltration missions in war zones. Ann is also a survivor of the Garland, TX terrorist attack.

Jonica H
Jonica is a dedicated political activist and citizen lobbyist, currently serving as the personal assistant to two prominent political leaders in the State of Missouri. With a rich background in education, she has worn many hats throughout her career, including teacher, political campaign manager, strategist, political marketing director, fundraiser, and event management coordinator. Her diverse experience equips her to navigate the dynamic world of cultural advocacy with skill and insight.
Driven by a deep sense of patriotism and a balanced understanding of America’s role on the international stage, Jonica is particularly passionate about human rights. She believes in protecting all life—from conception to natural death in all situations—and uses her platform to advocate for those who cannot speak for themselves, such as abused children, women, the elderly, and other underserved populations.
In addition to her political work, Jonica holds a degree in education with a focus on American history and a minor in missions and cultural studies. When she’s not immersed in the political arena, she enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, kayaking, and traveling—with her husband and two children.
We have impacted hundreds of communities in over 78 countries, 4 continents, rescued over 1,300 persecuted people and resettled in safer locations, executed negotiations of the release of five captives by terrorist organizations, developed and manage over 25 safe houses in over seven countries, team rescues include 25 persecuted people sought by the Taliban, among other great work.
Additionally through our various programs, including educational, community engagement, and leadership development initiatives we are empowering individuals to become force multipliers promoting global security, stability, and peace as leaders in their communities. Our programs are designed to promote sustainable, community-driven approaches to positive change affecting the world.
